*A medium-sized tree, up to 30 m tall with branchless bole up to 17 m, and up to 50 cm in diameter, buttresses low and thin; leaves .*Leaves palmately trifoliolate, glabrous beneath, petioles (2-)5-7 cm long, rather slender; panicles .*Panicles comparatively narrow, up to 13 cm long; fruit .*Fruit with large wing, glabrous. ''H. albiflora'' occurs scattered (but locally abundant) in heath forest at low altitude, especially in subcoastal areas.
