== Observations ==
*Tree, up to 15 m tall and 30 cm in diameter. *Leaves lanceolate to oblong, 12-18(-25) cm × 5 cm. *Fruit an obovoid drupe, 2-3 cm long, yellow. In forests at low and medium altitudes. Common in the Philippines. The fruits are quite rich in iron and calcium.
