Changes

*Tree, 10-20 m tall, 35 cm in diameter, with smooth coppery bark. *Leaflets (5-)7-9(-11). *Fruit a globose berry, 2-3 cm in diameter, glabrous. *Seeds 2-3, surrounded by a thick, slightly acid aril.  Fruiting is in November, trees do not bear heavily. In periodically very dry forests, at altitudes of 100-400 m.
