Uses
The fruit is eaten with fish.
Observations
- Tree, 15 m tall, trunk 40 cm diameter.
- Leaves elliptic, 20 cm long.
- Flowers unisexual, white, 1.5 cm diameter.
- Fruit an ovoid berry, 4-6 cm diameter, skin hard.
- Seeds several, flattened.
Very common in primary forests at low altitudes.
