The fruit is edible.
Observations
- Woody climber, 5-10 m long, with red-silky branchlets.
- Ripe carpels oblongoid-ovoid, ca. 1.5 cm long, yellow, on stalks of about 1 cm length.
In lowland forests, rather rare.
