Uses
The ripe fruits are eaten by Malay aborigines.
Observations
A solitary, short climbing rattan. It has no cirrus or flagellum. Yellow latex exudes from cut stems and sheaths. Seeds 13 in each fruit. Very local in valley bottoms and lower slopes of hill dipterocarp forest.
