Observations
Robust rattan. Stem without leafsheaths to 30 mm in diameter, with sheaths to 50 mm in diameter. Leaves large, to 2 m long, cirrate; leaflets equidistant, elongatelanceolate. Fruit globoseovoid, with short conical beak. Endemic to the Philippines.Found in forest at low and medium altitudes.
