== Description botanique ==
Herbacée annuelle, ligneuse à la base, pouvant atteindre 3-4 m, sans ramifications. Feuilles orbiculaires, de 10 à 30 cm, 5-7 lobulées; lobules de lancéolés à ovoïdesdentelés, aigus ou obtus. Fleur à calice de 2 cm, pétales jaunes avec taches pourpres au centre, de 3-4 cm. Fruit capsulaire anguleux pouvant atteindre 20 cm, acuminé, visqueux.
