Changes

*Tree, up to 20 m tall. *Fruit an ellipsoid capsule, up to 20 cm × 15 cm, with stiff spines up to 2 cm long. *Seeds brown, ellipsoidal, 3 cm long, each covered by yellow aril.  In rain forests of Borneo, up to 500 m altitude.
