Distribution
Peninsular Malaysia, Singapore, Sumatra, Borneo.
Uses
A poultice made from the roots is used to treat orchitis.
Observations
A climber with slender, whitish to reddish-woolly stem; leaves simple, ovate, with cuspidate teeth, sparsely pubescent beneath; inflorescence very slender, reddish-woolly; flowers very small, 4-merous; fruit ovoid to oblong. A. gracilis is common in lowland forest.
