Distribution
The Andaman Islands, Burma (Myanmar), Indo-China, southern China, Thailand, Peninsular Malaysia, Sumatra and Borneo.
Uses
Fruits of Bouea oppositifolia (Roxb.) Meisner are edible, but are smaller and more acid. Possibly the Thai name "ma praang" refers to this species.
