Sri Lanka, India, Burma (Myanmar), Indo-China, China, the Andaman Islands, Thailand, north-eastern Sumatra, Java, the Lesser Sunda Islands, Borneo (Sabah), Sulawesi (rare) and the Philippines (Mindanao, rare).
